History
Francel College is a private technical establishment for superior studies
acknowledged by the Lebanese government since 1977, through presidential decree no 688 and
other further ones .
It has been founded by Mr Samir Abou-Eid, a former University Professor, to enhance
private technical teaching in Lebanon. Yet to this very date, Francel has graduated more
than 6000 students in many different technical fields and so, since 1977.
Francel aims to comply with every and each single improvement that occurs nowadays. It
forms the best students to compete with the utmost people controlling the market in both
Lebanon, the Arab world and even abroad .
